Step 4: After connecting, wait for the system to enter Android Auto or click its icon on the interface of the car's system.
What are the conditions for using this adapter?
This adapter is designed for Android auto. Please make sure your phone system is Android 12 or above and make sure your car supports wired Android Auto.
How to check if my car has Android Auto function?
Connect your Android Smartphone to your car by USB data cable and see the Android Auto logo on your car display. Or search the official Android Auto website to see if your car is compatible.
Can this wireless adapter play video and other streaming media on the car's screen?
For security reasons, the use of video apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, and Instagram is not officially supported.
The indicator light of the adapter is still on after the car is turned off?
Because the car does not immediately cut off all power when it's turned off, the adapter's light won't go out instantly; it will take a moment to do so. Please rest assured that its power consumption is minimal and won't drain your car battery.

The adapter gets too hot when in use?
Due to rapid heat dissipation, the surface of the product may feel slightly hot as this is designed to better protect the internal circuitry. Rest assured, there is no danger involved as the product has passed our rigorous safety testing.
